Field Coordinator
The position will coordinate and organize needs and data collected in the field as well as conduct ecological studies of California’s recovering wolf population, with a focus on diet, depredation patterns, and space use. The field coordinator will provide logistical support to field research and outreach, supervise seasonal field techs, and procure and maintain equipment needed for field activities.
Field Technician
The position will assist with data collection across northern California, including camera trap maintenance, scat collection, field necroscopies, and cluster site investigations. This role requires rigorous physical activity, including navigation and hiking in remote mountainous terrain for extended periods and wilderness camping.
